About the Space
Welcome to our beautiful Culver City home, located on a quiet cul de sac in the hills of the Culver Crest neighborhood. With a beautiful designer kitchen and a spacious backyard, our home provides an incredible space for your next project. This is our family home, so we expect our home to be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damage repair cost to our property will be passed on to production. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes and alcohol on our property. We have a dog, so no pets unless approved for production. We live in a very quiet street, so please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud music. No trash left behind inside the house or outside. We reserve the right to take and share photos of the shoots on our property for the promotion of our location. COI required: damages, liability and equipment. Thank you!
