We are very experienced with filming and have shot commercials, features, web-series and television shows on our property. We love our crews! Property features, over 13,000 square feet of land, for ultimate privacy. Separate gated garden, pool, large, custom two-story patio, and grassy backyard areas offer multiple outside location options. The 2900 square foot main home has large rooms, hardwood floors throughout the main level and a large downstairs bathroom, with outside entry, perfect for cast and crew. Special Features: Many entry points to load and unload equipment, including a 3 car garage, with drive through bay to the back yard. The custom two story patio offers excellent camera angles and can be accessed on either level of the main house. There is also a 600 square foot, private guest house with full kitchen, and private patio. This space can be used as holding for producers, cast or crew.
