Our modern home a half block from the beach with driveway, garage and large back yard. Quiet private streets and easy ground floor access. Great spot for a suburban home look with 4 bedrooms (2 children’s rooms), a lived in vintage style or mid century modern inspired, a beach home, a yard for events or outside shots, and lots of versatility within this clean slate.
