Entertain w/4 bars, 3 large reception rooms & accommodations for several people. Beautifully landscaped w/pool and spa. Perfect for all your entertaining needs, photo and video shoots. ***last minute bookings are welcome! ***The advertised rate is based on a headcount of no more than 15 attendees (that includes camera/light crew, talent, extras) (Headcount Negotiable and rate will vary) for an 8 hour shoot*** (Rate will be raised if the headcount is increased) ****200 guests is the max capacity of the property. ***SEE PRICE BREAKDOWN BELOW*** PArties: $10-20k for 100 people (hours to be determined) $20-30k for 200 people (hours to be determined) ***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date. ***Site rep fee is required for a minimum of $285/day depending on the length of the shoot. ***A special COVID cleaning fee may be applied ($300). ***Production Location insurance is required for the location (Min. $2 M policy). The insurance must name the homeowner and/or his company. ***(For parties) Event insurance is required for large parties. ***An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in the same condition when it was rented. ***Bedrooms and Kitchen must be requested prior to booking. ***Anything after 8pm is overtime and will be charged 2X the rate. *** Cut off time 11pm ***Professionals ONLY*** ***Eating and drinking allowed ONLY in dining/kitchen/bar areas.     Amazing, and very unique house! The owners were incredibly kind and were willing to help out and accommodate anything we needed. They let us film, and did not get in the way at all, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for any kind of shoot.
