Perfect for all your entertaining needs, photo and video shoots. ***last minute bookings are welcome! ***The advertised rate is based on a headcount of no more than 15 attendees (that includes camera/light crew, talent, extras) (Headcount Negotiable and rate will vary) for an 8 hour shoot*** (Rate will be raised if the headcount is increased) ****200 guests is the max capacity of the property. ***SEE PRICE BREAKDOWN BELOW*** PArties: $10-20k for 100 people (hours to be determined) $20-30k for 200 people (hours to be determined) ***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date. ***Site rep fee is required for a minimum of $285/day depending on the length of the shoot. ***A special COVID cleaning fee may be applied ($300). ***Production Location insurance is required for the location (Min. $2 M policy). The insurance must name the homeowner and/or his company. ***(For parties) Event insurance is required for large parties. ***An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in the same condition when it was rented. ***Bedrooms and Kitchen must be requested prior to booking. ***Anything after 8pm is overtime and will be charged 2X the rate. *** Cut off time 11pm ***Professionals ONLY*** ***Eating and drinking allowed ONLY in dining/kitchen/bar areas.
