Versatile space that can be used for both indoor and outdoor location needs; minimally furnished to allow for easy production stagings. Walk through the beautiful wooden gate to a tranquil and spacious drought-resistant front yard. The grand living room features arched doorways, high curved ceilings, Palladian Arch glass doors, and a Batchelder tile mantel. Oversized light-filled family room with floor-to-ceiling book shelves on two sides leads to the renovated eat-in kitchen featuring a garden window over the sink, new cabinetry, Wolf range, Sub Zero refrigerator and pantry. Big, bright and airy formal dining room with French doors that open onto a covered patio. Master suite includes bathroom, office and French doors that open to a small patio overlooking the pool/spa. One generously sized family bedroom with attached dressing room; a simple guest room; and upgraded bathroom with clawfoot tub complete the main home. Walkways on both sides the house provide access from front to back of the home. Location has been used for a range of productions, from commercials (global shipping leader; top toy brand) to true crime docuseries to still photography for clothing line.
