RENTAL IS FOR EXTERIOR SPACE ONLY.
THIS INCLUDES AN OUTDOOR PATIO + BATHROOM:
Access to a private bathroom near the pool area will be made available for guest use.
PARKING:
Max number of vehicles permitted to park in our driveway is 8 and an additional cars can be parked on street.
MUSIC:
We have surround sound bluetooth speakers surrounding the pool that you can play your own music on. Live Music is allowed, just please keep all music at a reasonable level to be mindful of our neighbors. Music must be turned down very low or off by 11:30pm.

Q: Can I come look at the space?
A: Due to the amount of requests, we do not do in person tours.

Q: Can I come early to set up or decorate?
A: Your set up and clean up time must be included within your booking. If you'd like to have rented tables, or anything delivered, it must be within the time slot of your booking.
Q: Can I have catering or a Taco Truck or Food Cart?
A: Yes, they can set up in the private driveway or yard space.
Q: Do you have additional chairs, tables or seating available?
A: Everything we have is visible in the pictures. We have 3 large tables, a variety of smaller tables and approximately 30 chairs. If you require more seating or tables, please bring your own or rent them. For weddings, parties with food, and larger events hosts often rent tables and chairs and put them out on the deck.
Q: Why does the price go up when I put in my booking request?
A: The rental rate is different based on the day of week (weekday vs. weekend) and number of people present at your event. Please make sure to account for everyone on the premises including event staff.
