No touching/plucking flowers or fruits from plants and trees in the property. Damage will be charged around $150
Park in the cul-de-sac area or street-side opposite to our house. Avoid parking in front of our next-door neighbors.
Don't park in our garage driveway or in front of that as we will need to take out our car.
No running around the pool anytime. No eating or drinking when in the pool or jacuzzi.
If we find disposable, diapers, balloons or any trash inside the pool, we will charge additional $150 for cleaning
Max 8 people/kids can be in the Jacuzzi at the same time.
No LifeGuard on duty by the pool and it is the responsibility of guests to watch children in the pool
Swim diapers required for children not potty trained. Children must be supervised at all times.
Absolutely no glassware near the pool. If there's broken glass on the site: $250/- fine.
The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of stated hourly rate.
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, part of your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No glitter or sparkle paper or confetti can be used.
No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
No stakes in the artificial grass for any tent.
If any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc), it will be billed to the Guests.
No DJ or loud music allowed as this is neighborhood community.
Music should be under 50 decibel and if it is loud, listing owner will request guest to turn it down.
Music must be turned off after 9PM.
It is mandatory for all guests to ensure that all trash is promptly bagged, tied securely.
Only two bagged trash bags can be left at the property, rest guests have to take it back with them.
All Guests should be inside the property premise during entire time of event, No hanging-around/eating outside property.
Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed
