Upon entry you are transported into a fully-restored 1920's Spanish/Mediterranen Villa. You will find a beautifully landscaped area surrounding the pool & jacuzzi creating an atmosphere of seclusion & relaxation. Swim laps, enjoy a floatie or lounge in the hot tub - the day is yours! In the adjoining gazebo you will find a well-equipped grilling area & outdoor fireplace complimenting those cooler days and nights. Even enjoy your favorite film on our 12ft outdoor projection screen or indulge yourself in our NEW Swedish wet/dry Barrel Sauna offering panoramic views of the entire City of Los Angeles. You also have access to a complete poolside bathroom/ changing room, shower, sink and toilet. A truly magical and unique location atop the Hollywood Hills. Great for couples, families, work outings/ office gatherings, photo/film shoots or get togethers with friends day or night. Book now....it's all good at our Casa Dino. For your safety and well-being we also employ a 5-stage cleaning protocol after each party. NOTE: The hourly rate is based on a person count of 5 or less. The price can/ will increase along with a higher number of guests/crew and the nature of your visit. Proof of insurance and/or any required permitting will be the responsibility of booking party.
