The Parlor floor is home to art exhibitions and is the perfect combination of original detail with modern accents. The Parlor floor has an overabundance of natural light. The Seating and Great rooms each have 14-foot ceilings and 5' tall wood fireplaces. It is perfect for events including live music, poetry, jazz, art exhibits, product launch, intimate weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and more. The Garden level is home to art exhibitions and is the perfect combination of original detail with modern accents. The Garden Level is 1,200 sqft, with its Gatsby-era wallpaper and dark walls. It is divided into two large bright rooms, one with a multi-purpose platform that can be used as theater seating or a stage. Perfect for events including bridal showers, baby showers, poetry, jazz, live music, offsite meetings, film/photo shoots, and many more.
