About the Space
This Crafstman-style house features high ceilings and an open floor plan. It served as a primary residential location for an Oscar-nominated film in 2015. The community is gated, there is a full clubhouse nearby for craft service, and plenty of parking for crew and equipment. The house is on a level lot, easily accessible through the double-front door (one step) and two-car garage. The exterior is brick and cedar shake shingles, making it regionally versatile. (It was filmed as a California house.) It is located in a low-traffic area of the neighborhood in a circle with no neighbor to the left.
