Open Concrete Backyard

About the Space

This backyard offers a wide open concrete layout that works well for production and event setups. The space is clean, open, and easy for crews to work in, with plenty of room for equipment, staging, or set builds. The yard backs up to a 4-car garage. Two cars are usually stored inside, but both can be moved if the production wants full use of the garage space. The interior width is about 24–25 feet. Hours of availability need to be confirmed in advance. My sister lives right next door, and her backyard connects to mine, so her space can also be available if needed, adding more room and flexibility for larger setups. The backyard can fit up to 30- 50 people for productions or events.
