Custom home located in gated community located in San Juan Capistrano. Excellent location for interview shows as this location is extremely quiet. The only possible noise is the occasional coyote howling from the hills behind the home. Plenty of safe parking on the street. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and food stuffs commercials. Backyard is perfect for family BBQs or other activities.

The location was exactly as described and the host was professional and accommodating allowing for a very smooth shoot and pleasant experience. Would recommend!
