Our newly renovated office is currently used as a modern real estate brokerage space for our company. The location features 2x offices, a front boardroom/closing rooms with 8x chairs and 2x tables, a front desk with quartz counters and a chair, a smaller meeting room with 4x chairs and 2x tables, a quiet room with 2x leather chairs and side table, 4x work stations, 2x privacy couches, a stocked cafe with bar fridge and a quartz kitchenette, 2x washrooms and a supply room. The space is open and bright, with hanging lights, a hanging Gong, and our branding colors throughout including gold, white and black. Our feature wall consists of painted black vintage doors hanging from ceiling to almost the floor. We are a ground level, corner unit in a plaza with high exposure and ample parking in front and back. Supply room has a full fridge, microwave, and shelving.
