Incredible modern new construction house with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a heated pool. Open floor plan and wonderful outdoor space accessed by a 16’ sliding pocket door. This is a great entertaining house that has lots of space. 7200 sf! The backyard has a pool, a fire pit with couches, lots of seating including a 10’ outdoor dinning table.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. The setup is there are 3 bedrooms within the main part of the house, then a separate space over the garage with a living area and a bedroom all with its own staircase. Then in the basement there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large rec room with 85” tv. There is also a large sports/ workout room with hockey/ soccer goals and gear. This room is all concrete even the ceiling
The designer kitchen features Thermador appliances with a 48” range, a large fridge, built in coffee maker, ice maker and two dishwashers. There is a great, light filled breakfast booth as well as island bar stools.
