About the Space

Our NEWEST photography/film space in DTLA. At over 2,500 sqft, our studio is extremely spacious and can accommodate small and large teams. Our studio is inspired by Parisian apartments and contains both classic and contemporary designs. Step inside our large studio and enjoy our beautiful designer couches accompanied with beautiful stone tables. Past the accordion french doors, you will enter a stunning marble tiled bedroom. Large windows provide abundant natural light into the space throughout the day and create a city feel. FREE AMENITIES / PERKS INCLUDED: -High Speed WiFi - 2 A/C units - Clothing Rack - Folding Table and Chairs - Dressing Room - Pictured Furniture (Couch, Specialty Chairs, Mirrors, Bedroom, etc..) - Abundant Natural Sunlight - White Walls & Polished Concrete Floor & Wall Molding Details The building is located near several pay parking lots and street-meters. Elevators: Large Passenger Elevator + and freight elevator ( freight elevator must be requested ahead of time if needed) Our Loft could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, and we will not allow loud music.     The space was beautiful, spacious and exactly as you see in the photos. Lots of natural light and the hosts were very kind, communicative and helpful. The security guard in the building was the sweetest as well. Overall an amazing experience.
