A curated natural-light residential studio in Alpharetta designed for photography, film, branded content, interviews, product campaigns, and professional creator productions. Located within a modern apartment community just minutes from Avalon and GA-400, the open-concept production area includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen, with access to one full bathroom during your booking. The bedrooms remain private and are not part of the listed production space. The living room features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows providing abundant natural light during daylight hours, with brightness varying depending on weather and time of day. A peaceful wooded backdrop adds natural depth to photos and video, while ambient interior lighting creates warmer evening looks. Multiple camera-ready zones include a pink sofa setting, neutral sectional, sculptural white coffee table, fireplace vignette, dining setup, and bright open kitchen, allowing teams to capture several distinct residential looks within one booking. Ideal for photography, film and video production, brand campaigns, product photography, interviews, YouTube and social media content, editorial shoots, small workshops, meetings, retreats, and select brand pop-ups. The space is best suited for focused teams of 1–8 people. Groups of up to 10–12 may be considered depending on the production setup, equipment needs, and intended use. Earlier start times may be available by request. Please contact the host to confirm. Furniture may be lightly repositioned with prior host approval and must be returned to its original placement. The nickel cabinet and wall art must remain in place. The interior wall paint is delicate and can mark, stain, scuff, or scratch easily, so please keep equipment, props, bags, and furniture from touching or leaning against painted surfaces. No tape, adhesives, hooks, or wall attachments are permitted. Production equipment should be lifted rather than dragged to help protect the flooring. Ample unassigned onsite parking is available directly in front of the building. No pets are permitted in the space. As this is a residential setting, guests are asked to maintain a respectful noise level. Large parties and high-impact gatherings are not permitted.
