A modern, camera-ready residential lifestyle space in Alpharetta, conveniently located near Avalon and GA-400. Designed for photography, video production, branded content, interviews, product campaigns, UGC, meetings, workshops, content creation, and select small professional gatherings. The open-concept space includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and access to one full bathroom during your booking. Bedrooms remain private and are not included. The space offers the polished look of a real home rather than a traditional studio, making it especially well suited for lifestyle brands, social media content, interviews, product demonstrations, home and living campaigns, creative meetings, and small team sessions. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light during daylight hours, with brightness varying depending on the weather and time of day. A peaceful wooded backdrop adds natural depth to photos and video, while layered interior lighting creates a warm atmosphere for evening shoots, meetings, and moodier content. Multiple camera-ready zones include a pink sofa setting, neutral sectional, sculptural white coffee table, fireplace vignette, dining setup, and bright open kitchen, allowing guests to create several distinct residential looks within one booking. The space works especially well for photo and video shoots, UGC and social media content, brand and product campaigns, interviews and YouTube content, lifestyle and editorial shoots, small team meetings, strategy sessions, workshops, creative planning sessions, and select brand pop-ups or low-impact professional gatherings. The space is best suited for small groups. Production and meeting bookings are most comfortable with 1–8 guests. Groups of up to 10–12 may be considered depending on the setup, equipment needs, and intended use. Earlier start times may be available by request. Please contact the host to confirm. Furniture may be lightly repositioned with prior host approval and must be returned to its original placement. The nickel cabinet and wall art must remain in place. Interior wall paint is delicate, so equipment, props, bags, and furniture should not touch or lean against painted surfaces. No tape, adhesives, hooks, or wall attachments are permitted. Equipment should be lifted rather than dragged to help protect the flooring. Ample unassigned onsite parking is available directly in front of the building. No pets are permitted. As this is a residential setting, guests are asked to maintain a respectful noise level. Large parties and high-impact gatherings are not permitted.
