A state-of-the-art 3,300 sqft physical therapy and performance studio in the heart of Culver City — minutes from big companies and the arts district. A pull-up garage door floods the training floor with natural light and gives the space an indoor/outdoor feel that's hard to find at this size. Inside: a fully-equipped functional training floor (Sorinex power rack, full dumbbell and kettlebell sets, Echo Bike, GHD, a sled, plyo boxes, TRX, resistance bands, mirrored walls) and two professional treatment tables across an open treatment area and two private one-on-one rooms — an unusual level of clinical credibility for hands-on courses, manual therapy workshops, and recovery, fitness or healthcare shoots. A connected brick-walled lounge with kegerator, Keurig, leather sofa, and "DON'T QUIT" neon doubles as a course breakout, lunch space, podcast set, or styled set piece.
