Modern, bright, clean and colorful one-level 3000 sq foot home on flat acre. All new, updated with large volume 13-foot pitched ceilings. Lots of glass and sliders. Outside-18X40 foot white tiled pool. large jacuzzi and Baja shelf. Plenty of seating areas and paths around the acre. Flat, grassy partials. Hammock, flower beds, Richard Schultz furniture. Wrap-around wooden deck. Inside-Large open, modern kitchen, 13 foot white stone island and grey airy clad tower dividing the kitchen living and dining area. Eero Saarinen large white marble table, 8 Milo Baumann chairs. Spa like bathrooms.

This house is AMAZING. As gorgeous as the photos are, it is even better in person. Everything was perfect. The house was so well stocked, including (especially!) in the kitchen. The bedrooms are gorgeous and the yard is just beyond. Justine and Josiah are fantastic hosts too - super responsive when we had questions and just went out of their way with terrific recommendations of restaurants, beaches, and places to go. We brought our dog, and were thrilled that the house and neighborhood were so pet friendly. 1000000/10 have already planned our trip to stay here again next summer!

Class A property. Class A hosts. Justine and Josiah are outstanding stewards of the property - they are available, informative, caring and accommodating hosts. We had a sterling stay. From the striking exterior landscape to the comfortable and unique interior, every detail is thought out. Well-situated in Montecito, it's an experience to behold.

Everything about this home was terrific- even more beautiful in person too! Home was very well stocked and terrifically maintained. Justine & Josiah were wonderful hosts! So welcoming, professional and thoughtful- and gave us a whole book of recommendations to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Montecito! Back yard was stunning too! Great quiet location too in close proximity to shops and beach. Loved this property!
