About the Space

My 3 floor townhome has loft/modern vibes. The first floor features the living room/dining room/kitchen/powder room. Second floor is all three bedrooms, two full baths. Third floor is an open space off the primary bedroom, and goes out onto a private rooftop patio. The ceilings are high on the first floor, and the primary bedroom has ultra high ceilings with tons of natural light. The complex is quiet, on a pretty street in the hills of Studio City behind Ventura Blvd.
