About the Space

Spanish style 4 unit building. Approx 1300 sq ft unit mostly bare bones furnished. Has Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with eating area and pantry/washroom and a back door. Bedrooms both painted a light tan (only for shooting, no lounging). Long hall way and huge walk in hall closet (but restricted). Bathroom is updated with porcelain marble looking tiles, and new sink and Potty but original 1920's vintage deep tub still remains. Lots of natural light in the unit. Window filming can be done from outside. On the opposite side there is a basement with steps, steps are on the outside, very unique design. This is a 4 unit building (three units are rented, but you can use the front of the building) has vintage rose bushes outside and grass in front. The building is a color beige with white trim, but is very common from original time till now. Many feature are original, or restored to look original. Unit has it own entry from the outside. The garage is a 4 garages, with wooded doors (old style), looks a little rough at the time I write this, they do have stuff inside, so they are only for shoot. Great neighborhood, close to the Grove, Melrose, CBS studios, Fairfax. Excellent for any time era piece from 1927 to today (except for the bath, only the tub, medicine cabinet, window and heater vent original). I furnished the apartment with mostly quality vintage furniture, in which you may use, to fit your production. I have various style mixed dishes, appliances, and utensils in my kitchen. There are two pay parking lots on Fairfax, Fairfax High School is close by, and there is a new lot on Melrose and LaBrea for parking, and other places not too far away. Small section of the backyard under a tree can be available upon request (note tenant do park close, so limited crew allowed) and is all dirt.
