Modern and honest. Artistic but unpretentious. Our house exterior was inspired by an art museum. The interior offers loads of light with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The design lends itself to an open floor plan with one long room with dining, kitchen, and living space in the front of the house. Custom speakers and vinyl create soft touches upon entry with places to sit and gather. The open concept of the kitchen creates a stage for hosting, cooking, and celebrating with guests. This flows naturally to the covered patio that provides additional seating with an outdoor table that sits eight. The low-maintenance lawn is all turf or rock creating a contrasting balance against the black of the home. The spacious bedrooms are located in the back of the home to provide privacy. The primary bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling wood wall separating a floating closet. The primary bathroom is spa inspired shower and tub with blue tones for encouraging rest. Soulful, gallery-inspired, lived-in yet refined. Modern organic with an artful edge.
