Gorgeous minimal territorial studio available for photo shoots. There are 2 main spaces, a full bath (shower) and a small kitchen. Each space has 20' high ceilings with saguaro ribs and vigas, the walls are a creamy white plaster, there are brick floors throughout. Deep windows and doorways. The space has track lighting and amazing natural light. This is in an historic neighborhood, so the streetscape is quiet, incredible and highly known.
There is a small kitchen (no stove) for assembling the catered food. An outdoor shared patio is perfect for storing gear while shooting or working.
The middle door is the main entrance to the space. There are two steps into the building. There is parking available on both sides of the street on the same block.
