This classic mid-century modern style home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for your next filming and photography project. As you enter, you are greeted by the main open-air living area drenched in natural light. Past the living area and den, you’ll open beautiful sliding glass doors and see a pool, hot tub, and backyard. You will find many original architectural details as you wander in the space such as natural stone wall with fireplace, an open dining area, and remodeled kitchen. Master suite features a stunning spa style bathroom with walk-in closet and views of the pool and backyard. Single level home makes it easy to transport equipment/crew in and out of the property. Grassy side area to the left of the pool is perfect for craft service or wardrobe/HMU set up. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are 20 mins from Downtown LA, 15 mins from the beach, and 15 mins from LAX with easy access to the two major freeways (10, and 405). PARKING: We have ample street parking that can hold multiple cars undisturbed. Onsite parking can hold 3 cars. It will also easily accommodate large trailers/catering trucks, rentals, etc. RENTAL: Please note your rental time begins when you enter the property and ends when you leave the property.
