About the Space

Unique multi-functional cultural center space with indoor/outdoor environments ideal for photo and film shoots, gatherings, rehearsals, meetings and dance/martial arts/fitness workshops. Versatile space includes a 4,000 sq. ft indoor sprung wood dance/martial arts floor, artificial turf areas, exposed brick walls with steel beams, white walls, and a small open air 2 car parking area in back that can be used for parking or catering. Amenities include a sound system, restroom and 'kitchen' with sink, refrigerator, counter space and a filtered drinking water device. Guests are welcomed at a front desk / reception area with nearly floor to ceiling, south facing, glass windows and doors that fill the space with natural light. The rental has a closet/changing room, vending machine with healthy snacks, and is furnished with benches, a full body mirror, and gym / functional fitness training equipment including a weight bench, inversion table and treadmill.
