About the Space

Modern style dance studio. Large, new, clean and open. The ceiling is slanted 12ft to 17ft with a balcony overlooking the dance floor for multiple camera angles. The ceiling is filled with recessed lighting. The dance studio is over 1000 sqft and has a shiny black 5'4 grand piano, and state-of-the-art sound equipment. The room is roughly 25ft by 40+ft. The ground floor is handicap accessible. Two small restrooms are on the ground floor. It's an old building so the restrooms are not ADA compliant. In addition to the 1000+sqft of dance studio, the studio also has 2 rooms upstairs (accessible only by stairs), and a recordings office with a tracking area for holding and/or filming. Each room has either a keyboard and upright piano. Additional professional lighting and audio equipment also available for rental.
