About the Space

Large spacious backyard open for music videos, commercials, photo shoots, filmmaking, and other promotional events. This beautiful 1/3 acre backyard is close to all major freeways, such as the 605, 60, and 10 freeway. Along with being not too far from the city of Los Angeles. A comfortable loft space next to the backyard can be used for restroom usage, hair & makeup, and just an overall AC space to get out of the hot boiling sun. Parking and WiFi access: Parking is available in front of the space, and along the streets as well. WiFi is available for all patrons. Scouting: This space is open for location scouting between 11am and 5pm Tuesday through Friday by appointment only. Cancellation: Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Requirements: Client must provide an explanation of equipment and set design for the space. Cleanup is also required after filming. Production Insurance is required prior to filming If you do wish to use this space for filming after 5pm, speak with the host to discuss those details. IMPORTANT: This space does not offer soft-holds. Entry to the main house connected to the backyard is prohibited.
