We do not base pricing off of the number of guests. **For exact pricing, please be sure to include time you would need for setup and breakdown. (For example: if the event itself is 4 hours then you may need 1 hour to setup table decor, 1-2 hours for other decor, and 1 hour of breakdown/cleanup.) **Please also specify if you would like Outdoor only, Indoor only, or both indoor and outdoor.** Once request and details are received, then an exact estimate will be provided for the venue. About our Space: Main Occasions is strategically located within DFW just 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, you can experience the perfect blend of elegance and flexibility at Main Occasions. Our intimate indoor venue comfortably seats up to 100 guests, while the inviting open-air outdoor courtyard offers additional space or seating accommodations for larger celebrations of up to 200. The outdoor area is also ideal for dancing under the stars, event canopies, live music, and stage productions.
