A modern minimal space perfect for catalog and website photo shoots. White walls, Modern Kitchen with lots of light. Designed by an architect and completed in 2023, this house was conceived in Japanese modern style. The home is on a corner and there is a 13' tall podocarpus hedge that surrounds much of the property. There is 30' olive tree. Besides the mature greenery, the outside has not yet been landscaped since construction. Located in Atwater Village on a corner, with plenty of street parking.
