Natural light pours into this spacious family home tucked away in North Hollywood. Minimal and modern decor with open layout. Perfect for photo shoots and small/mid scale film shoots. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1700 sq/ft home was built in 1954. It has since been remodeled to fit our liking with original touches of wood beams that bring in warmth into the home. This listing is for Living room, kitchen, dining room and back and front yards. Additional rooms / space can be added to your booking from the add on section. There is a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow to the lush backyard. The backyard can easily accommodate a large group for an event or party. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and warm colors that make this a very homey and comfortable. A lot of natural light with the sun hitting the house all day. Only 5 min off the 170 freeway Sherman Way exit. Our largest cross streets are Coldwater Canyon and Sherman Way. Two cars will be able to park on one car driveway and blocking that car. There is limited parking going further into the day. Would be better to get to the house early to reserve your spot or for larger shoots you can get a permit with the city to save more street space for parking. Over night and multiple consecutive day shoots/events will be considered depending on the shoot at a custom rate per day. Please send me a message to inquire if interested. Please come to view the space with interest to book. Additional cleaning fee may apply to cooking shoots, or large crews over 30 people. If you wish to book less then the minimum of 4 hours the rate will be $95 per hour. Please note - Any Overtime will be billed at time and a half in half hour and full hour increments.
