About the Space

We are a production studio and creative agency looking to share our office space with a small creative company. Our 2500 sq. ft office is conveniently located near Penn Station and is fully furnished with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. We can rent out individual desks or a private office suite/conference room. The price includes Fiber Gigabit Internet, Electric, Security System, Conference room access, kitchen, weekly cleaning, etc. If you're in film production you'll have access to gear.
