Absolutely breathtaking environment. Location is everything. Simply cannot be closer to the sparkling Pacific. Literally on the sand. View of the pier, Catalina Island and Dana Point Harbor. Tastefully appointed casual living, tons of natural light, indoor outdoor, scenic ocean and whitewater views and city lights over water at night. This space has ample parking immediately for up to 4 cars, nearby parking for more. Lifestyle production shoots at the clean kitchen island/table or on the deck. Amazing for indoor/outdoor offsite meetings or corporate day retreats. ***NO overnight, multi day shoots*** You may film on the deck or on the lower flat beach but not on the actual sand without a permit.
