This space has ample parking immediately for up to 4 cars, nearby parking for more. Lifestyle production shoots at the clean kitchen island/table or on the deck. Amazing for indoor/outdoor offsite meetings or corporate day retreats. ***NO overnight, multi day shoots*** You may film on the deck or on the lower flat beach but not on the actual sand without a permit.
