This stunning, modern, and architecturally significant space is perfect for video and photo shoots, offsites and personal growth retreats. This tastefully decorated and unique venue, is sophisticated and comfortable. The “inside-out”, Frank Loyd Wright-influenced Eichler architecture inspires creativity and imagination. Open plan kitchen with counter seating is perfect for cooking demonstrations, and catering providers love it for creating amazing buffets. A rustic repurposed, barn plank table seats 10. There are two living room areas and a large office that work beautifully as dressing and make up rooms as well. Fully equipped for electronic presentations/video and photo playback, and high-speed Wi-Fi. This space easily accommodates film crews, talent, and equipment. The central Silicon Valley Peninsula location off of El Camino Real is equidistance between highway is 101 and 280 and is easily accessible. There is ample, free and safe on-street parking. Beautiful indoor and outdoor gardens provide more natural natural areas and includes a three hole, putting green.

We had a fantastic experience filming a livestream at this property. Amy was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with from start to finish, which made the entire process seamless. The home itself is exactly as advertised—if not better. It’s a beautiful space with great natural light, clean lines, and a variety of versatile setups that worked really well for filming. There was ample space both indoors and outdoors, and the outdoor areas felt very private and production-friendly. Having multiple areas to create different looks added a lot of value for our shoot. The environment was quiet, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, and communication leading up to the shoot was excellent. Load-in and setup were smooth, with easy access and parking, which made a big difference for our crew during a full-day production. Amy was very accommodating with our production needs and schedule, and the space functioned perfectly for a livestream shoot. I would absolutely recommend this property for filming, livestreams, or any production needs, and would happily book here again in the future.
