A brewery that brews amazing beer and cooks up incredible pizza, but also welcomes all. It is dog friendly, provides plenty of outdoor space, and is just FUN! We love East Nashville, and are all about community and bringing people together. We are in the "good times" business. If you come here, you will have a good time, and we will see to it. PLEAS NOTE: This listing is for the Main Tap Room Portion of our establishment only, in order to flow with this sites system, we need to list each rental space on the property separately. Please review house rules before requesting to book - /// IMPORTANT. The rate / pricing system on here is hard to match with our pricing system, please follow our rates below: Main Tap Room: $370 / hr weekdays ( Mon - Thurs ) 8pm - 10pm $445 / hr weekends (Fri) 8pm - 11pm , $285/ hr Lunch Special 12pm - 3pm** ( Sat) 8pmm - 11pm (Sun) 8pm - 11pm - 100 capacity - 3 hour min - Charge $50 more an hour if they want to book outside of the hours - Charge $50 more an hour if they want to book over 50 people /// - Capacity: Main Tap Room - 100 people Buyout – 600 // 15% Off Deal If you book two or more spaces you get 15% off your booking. /// - Security Deposit: A security deposit of 50% of total fee is required for this booking. - Cleaning: All Rentals incur a flat cleaning fee of $300 in addition to rental rate. - Access: A fee will be issued if we find that a space or item has been tampered with. The amount of that fee is up to Ragana Creative and East Nashville Beer Works discretion. Place all the furniture & items belonging to the building exactly as it was upon entry or a fee will be incurred upon Ragana Creative and East Nashville Beer Works discretion. - Cancellation: Cancellation fee is 30% of final cost of booking. You may cancel your event up to two weeks prior to the event. That's 14 calendar days, not including the day of the event. - Event Insurance: Event insurance is required for parties of more than 100 people. - Security & Parking: Security and parking shall be facilitated by Client; for every 100 people, one security guard is required. We have 85 parking lots available For events over 150 people, valet is required. However, we strongly recommend ride-share and to advertise that in the Client party promotions. - Property Damage, Illegal Activity. You will be charged full price for any property damage or illegal activity upon Ragana Creative and East Nashville Brew Works discretion. - Client is responsible for their guests’ behavior and any damages incurred. Client must ensure there is no illegal activity of any kind. - Food & Beverage No catering, outside food or beverage allowed. - Hours: All events must end by the hours stated in our schedule unless previously discussed and agreed upon or they will be charged for overtime. Set up and clean up hours must be included in the rental fee. If a client wants to book outside of business hours listed in our rates, this may be discussed ahead of a confirmed booking, however rates do go up outside of our normal business hours.
