Welcome to our modern, mid-century guesthouse studio and outdoor space — a unique and versatile setting designed to offer multiple looks, angles, and aesthetics. Featuring steel-and-glass architecture, concrete floors, abundant natural light, an airy kitchen, AC/heat control, a contemporary bathroom, and multiple private patios, this space will adapt to your vision. With ample power outlets and multiple overflow/changing areas, it provides the flexibility needed for a seamless shoot. Your booking includes access to the guesthouse, the entire front and rear yard, the private patios of the guesthouse, and the rear patio/sitting area of the main house. The main house seating area is an urban oasis, featuring a designer solar panel awning (Lumos), lounge seating, rammed-earth concrete walls, and elegant, tall black bamboo. Additional garage space is available for overflow, extra power access, or a second changing area. The extended entranceway to the guesthouse leads to a backyard and garden space which offers palm and fruit trees, plus a trellis-covered garden box area. This space is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, recorded interviews, etc. The space can read as modern, mid-century, bohemian or even industrial based on how the location is filmed/shot.
