Rules
* No smoking.
* Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
* Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
*All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and breakdown/clean-up time.
- Total Booking Time = (Set-up Time + Event Time + Breakdown/Clean-up Time)
*We ask that you leave the room in a "broom-clean" state, and dispose of all trash, catering, presentation materials, or other clutter in the designated dumpster before checking out.
*If your event requires security, please contact us for preferred security companies. Guests to Security Guard Ratio (25:1)
*If more attendees show up than initially included in the agreed booking, you will be charged an additional $500, or your booking will be canceled with no refund.
*Park/Unload in designated areas only. You will be towed at your own expense.
*Overnight Storage Fee is $100/day.
*No alcohol sales.
*Animals must be approved ahead of time.
*Bookings past 12 Midnight incur an additional $100/hr fee.
