About the Space

Our lower barn offers a cozy but refined atmosphere that accommodates up to 50 guests. The space is ideal for small to midsize gatherings and offers guests access to our outdoor patio and lawn area with views of our scenic horse pasture. Amenities include folding tables and eclectic mismatched chairs, indoor restrooms, use of our surround sound system, and access to our on-site dumpster for trash disposal. We recommend booking either of our event spaces six months in advance. Rental fees include a total of six hours—two hours for setup, three hours for your event, and one hour for cleanup. Keep in mind, these rates differ from wedding rates. Please message the host via Giggster as pricing is subject to change depending on booking details, type of events/activities, day of the week, etc.
