This is a fully operational lounge that is available to host any type of event. It comes fully furnished with seating and tables. Also includes a full audio system and lighting everything is already in place with this turn key operation so you will save not having to rent furniture or an audio system. And as an additional bonus the patio is closed in with a garden style theme and is fully air conditioned.

    Craig was super accommodating and overall extremely attentive to anything we may need outside of, of course! This is a beautiful place to do some good films at and host events! Super spacious inside and back! Cant recommend enough.
