Hours of Operation Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 6am to 10pm Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - 6am to 5pm *Our venue offers a furnished rooftop which you may add to your booking at $100. (our rooftop is weather permitting and available from May 1st to October 31st) This charming and charismatic loft is perfect for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. The main room features 2 large tables and an elegant, custom-built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms or add various intimate shots to any production. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and beautiful art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue. Elevate your shoot and cultivate a memorable experience in this gorgeously modern loft! We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and quiet environments. The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any and all questions. Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. *At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. *We are hosting a limited number of music video shoots and we do not host boudoir/lingerie shoots. *We do not offer complimentary location scouts before accepting a booking request. If you wish to view our venue before booking, you may request a custom booking offer for a 2-hour minimum with the cleaning fee removed.
