About the Space

Hours of Operation Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday - 8am to 8pm Tuesday & Saturday - 8am to 4pm This charming and charismatic loft is perfect for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. The main room features 2 large tables and an elegant, custom-built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms or add various intimate shots to any production. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and beautiful art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue. Elevate your shoot and cultivate a memorable experience in this gorgeously modern loft! We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and quiet environments. The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any and all questions. Venue Amenities: - High-speed WiFi (347.0 Mbps download speed / 20.6 Mbps upload speed) - State-of-the-art surround sound audio equipment - 55” Samsung QLED picture frame TV with YouTube Premium subscription - 8ft floor mirror - Black-out curtains - Garment rack with hangers - Kitchen with island, refrigerator, and microwave - 11 ft ceilings, exposed brick & hardwood floors - Lounge seating and ottomans - Furnished rooftop (our rooftop is weather permitting and available from May 1st to October 31st) - 2 gender-neutral bathrooms - Central heating and Air conditioning - Elevator access for easy equipment load-in and out - Hand sanitizing stations We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. *At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. *We are hosting a limited number of music video shoots and we do not host boudoir/lingerie shoots. *We do not offer complimentary location scouts before accepting a booking request.     This loft was very nice, clean and looks even better than the photos. I took some pre wedding photos and it was giving upscale. I had a good time using the venue, definitely recommend and I’m considering future plans to book this location again for a bridal shower.

    Our experience was 100/10. The owner is very responsive via chat. When we arrived, the associate overseeing the venue was very kind, helpful and detailed. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and fit our content needs. I would definitely book this space again. It’s well worth it!

    Beautiful loft, unique designs & very clean. I highly recommend for photoshoots and videos. The management team answers questions quickly as well as provide you with information prior to your visit so you are well informed and in person at the site. Definitely a superb team of organized and helpful people. I will definitely go back.

    The space was great! The different rooms provided different variety in our photography. The directions provided after booking were clear and concise also. SO happy we chose this space, you will not be disappointed! Book ASAP :D

    Shooting at this location was an absolute delight, and Melissa, our host, was super sweet throughout the entire experience. Her warm demeanor and attention to our needs made us feel right at home, ensuring that every aspect of our shoot ran smoothly. The rooftop space was a highlight of our time here – it was absolutely stunning! The views were captivating, offering a beautiful backdrop for our scenes. Whether it was the sweeping cityscape or the serene landscape, every angle provided a unique perspective for our shots. And the lighting setup? It was simply dope, enhancing every frame we captured. Whether basking in the soft glow of the afternoon sun or under the vibrant hues of dusk, the ambiance added an extra layer of magic to our production. For other potential productions, I highly recommend taking advantage of this rooftop gem. It's perfect for capturing those epic skyline shots or intimate rooftop scenes. And don't forget to soak in the beauty of the space – it's truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.
