The Loading Dock This location offers a unique aesthetic that can't be found anywhere else. The Large Barn doors open high and wide to bring in even the largest of equipment. Cars and trucks are easily accessible. This two-level dock gives filmmakers depth and versatility. Our Loading Dock can park up to 3 large trucks inside the stage making it easy for clients to park Trucks and Trailers. At 3,200 sq. ft. this creative industrial Studio space with 22 ft. high ceilings. This stage provides the optimal space for all productions sizes no matter how big or small the project is. The walls are Corrugated Metal which further enhances the industrial feel. There are various textures throughout the space to provide a number of options to shoot against.
