Completely remodeled light and bright blank canvas space. An atrium centers the entrance, living, dining and kitchen areas which brings in loads of light. The soft white walls, vaulted wood beam ceilings and modern craftsman molding provide a unique and minimal set.
Living room space with wood beamed vaulted ceiling, a marble surround and custom wood mantle fireplace. Wood like wide planked oak flooring. Extra wide six inch base moulding with modern craftsman door trim moulding. Modern black windows throughout.
Open white kitchen. White walls, white shaker cabinets, white quartz counter tops, open upper dark stained birch shelving. Soft golden brass hardware, dark stainless steel appliances and black sink and faucet. Eating space in kitchen with modern matte gold/brass chandelier light fixtures. Subway tile backsplash with dark gray/black grout.
Large well lit basement space with wifi. That serves as a den/game room. Tons of storage space. Two car garage access from basement.
There is unity throughout the home. Including soft white walls, oak wide planked flooring, craftsman moulding and trim, Santa Fe style doors, black door handles, black windows, vaulted wood beam ceilings in living, master, guest room and stairway. Unique wrap around outdoor atrium space that provides an abundance of light throughout the main level of the home.
