The property is in a gated community providing your staff and customers a very private space. It is a beautifully manicured English style big backyard enclosed by majestic willow, pine and pink pepper corn trees for complete privacy. It could be the perfect setting for your discerning customers' photo shoots. The back garden is perfectly oriented for the most suggestive sunsets, its position provides stunning lighting conditions. It offers an array of mature shrubs and vibrant flowers beds, a small pond and a cute vegetable patch providing a lot of variety for your photo/filming needs. The rear garden is accessible via a double door gate allowing heavy equipment to be brought easily on location. The property also includes a 40ft pool with spa and a separate hot tub. A patio area with outdoor seating for 20 people and an outdoor BBQ and custom wood burning oven.
