About the Space

The Vineyard Villa house is gorgeous vintage home beautifully renovated with distressed hardwood floors, tile floors, a gourmet country kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel range and a bay window that looks out on the ranch's zen garden, mountain and vineyard views. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, which has a gorgeous built-in dining nook. The living room has a 3 sided glass fireplace, and a cozy red leather couch and lounge. The Villa's two bedrooms each have a separate bathroom. One with a glass shower and pedestal sink. The other is decorated Princess style with a vintage pedestal sink, and clawfoot tub with chrome legs and a chandelier overhead. This pink bathroom has wainscotting walls and black and white art deco floors. Outside, the Villa has a beautiful pergola supported by stone columns on a wrap-around deck that looks out on the vineyard, mountain views and zen garden. Behind the Villa is another relaxing area shaded by 100-year-old olive trees, looking out on a vast 1/2 acre front lawn surrounded by a lavender hedge growing from a stone wall. Sunset views and string lights make this a perfect place for outdoor relaxation, wine tasting, sunsets and romantic scenes.
