In the heart of Los Angeles! This space is a 1920's era industrial warehouse zone with a unique rare to find basement! The side lot is 20,000 square feet with access from 2 roads so it is perfect for trailers to set up with complete privacy and security. This area was know as the Goodyear tract where tires were manufactured and taken by train across the US
