About the Space
Open concept industrial office in LA. (This on building of a 3 building complex). The space is in a 1920’s era building with exposed brink open truss ceilings. Dedicated unisex bathroom is part of this space with a large 10 person conference table, wifi, lounge area and a foosball table. Recently retrofitted we have a secure back lot for parking, security cameras, outdoor lighting and sprinkler system.
