About the Space

Welcome to our Studio, an industrial creative space nested within the community of Commercial and Venables. We are here to help you create and produce your next project. Whether it is a photo shoot, model casting, or workshop we are here to make it happen creatively and logistically. The south facing industrial space features high ceilings, white brick, exposed solid wood beams, and concrete floors that have a patina of heritage that we wear proudly. During the day there are windows that let in light from the south and west to illuminate the space. Our space is sectioned to allow areas for your stylist, hair and makeup, and camera crew. There is a single occupancy bathroom that doubles as a dressing room. Additionally, parking is very accessible with free parking located along Venables St. and Adanac St. There is also accessible doors at the front and back to make the moving process as easy as possible. Being an extension of Alterior Design you will find an eclectic amount of chairs that you will be able to access during your photo shoot. Ranging from vintage bauhaus, mid-century and hand built items. There is also a small rock climbing wall feature that you are more than welcome to incorporate in your photography but we do not offer climbing access. Studio rental Includes: 2 x v-flats, 2 x c-stands, 1 x clothing rack, step ladder, sandbags.
