About the Space
- Huge, south-facing, industrial windows photographers and filmmakers die for. The windows have crossbars that create beautiful shadows. There are also sheer curtains to diffuse the light and blackout curtains to blackout all the ambient light. In the morning the light shines on the right wall. In the afternoon it shines on the floor. In the late afternoon until sunset, the light shines on the left wall. - A massive skylight in the upstairs loft that floods the place with natural light - Industrial, metal spiral staircase covered with plants and flowers - Endless colors of seamless backdrops ($15 additional fee per roll) Also many different fabric backdrops - Black leather couches for relaxing or shooting on - Awesome rain shower in the bathroom - Chairs, stools, and tables - Free WIFI and Bluetooth speakers for music - Tons of camera and production equipment. Just ask me what you need, chases are I have it!

This location was phenomenal. Piers was extremely kind and accommodating. Piers stayed close to the location and was helpful to any questions we had. The location has so many setups we could use within and will be booking again for future shoots. Will recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful location with great natural light, this is a location to look at. Thanks again piers.

The studio was great, the host was flexible and communicative.

Piers was prompt and easy to communicate with. Easy place to find and get to. The loft was fantastic to shoot in. I booked a shoot 4-8pm and even at that time the light was superb. There was a ceiling hung swing, a great couch, other seating options for shots and plenty of space to get creative. The place was clean and there was loads of room from a full glam team, stylist, photographer etc… to set up. Street Parking was ok ( heads up there are a lot of tents N of the location ) so not to be alarmed. And bonus-our dog was welcomed ( he was part of the shoot). Def recommend this spot. Enjoy
