BRAND NEW LISTING! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING A DOWNTOWN STUDIO! We are 5 minutes from downtown, with FREE STREET PARKING, on the FIRST FLOOR, with CENTRAL AC, MINIMAL STREET NOISE, and the BEST NATURAL LIGHT IN TOWN. DISCOUNTED RATES ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY. Huge south-facing windows that create beautiful natural light ALL DAY. Sheer curtains to diffuse the light. WINDOW LIGHT: PLEASE NOTE: During the summer months the sun sets more southwest, therefor the window shadows are less dramatic. 7 am - 11:30 am: direct light on the white wall with crown molding 11:30 am - 1 pm: direct light on the floor and throughout the room 1 pm - 5:30 pm: direct light on the cyclorama wall Also, there is a massive skylight in the upstairs loft that floods the place with natural light CYCLORAMA WALL It will come dirty unless you pay an additional $30 for a fresh coat of paint INCLUDED FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT: Naturally light cyc wall Mario Bellini Sofa knoll Wassily Chair 2 Jeanneret Kangaroo chairs 2 white platform boxes King size bed 6 folding chairs Apple boxes 2 Hair and Makeup stations with vanity mirrors Standing Mirror 2 v-flats C-stands Light stands Production cart Bluetooth speaker WIFI Central AC and heating Industrial, metal spiral staircase FOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT PLEASE SEE ADD-ONS This is my home so there are personal belongings.
