This sprawling 6,000 foot ranch house has been used as three separate houses in a television production, offering different heights of ceilings, views, a kitchen, multiple bathrooms, an 1800 sq ft master bedroom suite complete with library and lofted office. Two floor to ceiling fireplaces provide a gorgeous backdrop for photos. There is an outdoor kitchen as well as multiple levels for decking.
Three lawns complete with an outdoor firepit, rose garden, 400 sq ft greenhouse, and overlooking a view that includes a quarter acre pond and windmill, aspen filled valley and then mountains beyond.
This south facing home offers incredible natural light that is a photographers dream. Remnants of a previous home, the front staircase features a riverstone wall. The upstairs great room is open concept and has open beam ceilings that match the second bedroom suite located nearby.
Both bedroom suites have steam showers and views. The primary looks up into the hills and can view elk, deer, other wildlife and the ever changing color of the leaves. The other suite looks out over the Elk River Valley to the mountains beyond.
Both suites have been used for hair and makeup as well as costuming and actual production. Both have separate outside access in addition to being linked through the interior.
