A small working ranch with flexible capabilities for filming. We have 73 acres of very versatile terrain that features incredible views, hills, valleys, a creek, pond, aspen groves, animals and buildings.
The property is fully fenced and cross fenced with black wooden fencing. Our mile long driveway has massive gates with mountain decor on the gates themselves allowing for a dramatic entrance.
Our buildings include a 6000 sq ft main house that has two stone fireplaces, multiple staircases, a library and open concept great room / dining room / kitchen. It provides a varied enough background that it has been used for three separate "homes" for a movie. The grounds outside are fully landscaped and have three lawns, a "cowboy cauldron" firepit, a rose garden and aspen groves.
Moving down the hill, we have our "event" barn that hosts weddings along with our horse barn that features classic European stall fronts as well as a small corral to the outside. Our horses may be used (upon consent) and have been in wedding photos, pulling our sleigh, pulling skiers for skijoring, and in general adding to the atmosphere. The owner is a world champion rider and has a collection of side saddles, a silver (Rose Parade) and various other working and show saddles. We have a vintage sleigh that can be used as well.
Our event barn has a patio and pergola outside and features warm wood paneling inside. As a wedding venue, we have an extensive selection of decor (including holiday and silk florals) as well as all of the requisite furniture (tables, chairs, bars) to create beautiful rustic events.
Our 12,600 sq ft pavilion is also our horse arena - so it serves multiple purposes. If NOT being used for shooting, it can house vehicles and equipment - keeping it safe from the weather. Add that the ceremony lawn in front provides 4000 sq feet of lawn with trees and views, and you have spectacular locations. The ceremony space and the pergola both have propane fire pits.
Additionally, we have outbuildings for the horses and cattle and a workshop large enough to house a bus. We also have a vintage car (replicar) that photographs beautifully and a working 1958 Ford Jubilee tractor. Also available is an 8 station luxury toilet trailer for crew.
